Delivery and Shipping

All Shipping Methods will be arranged by the customer at the time of the order. You may choose from UPS, UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE , DHL AND FEDERAL EXPRESS. The ultimate shipping charges are calculate by the weight of each item and the service you choose at the time of your order. Please be aware in the case of international shipments, that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied by your given country by your government customs.
KERATIN CURE employs the EXW PRINCIPLE.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

US and Canadian customers will have a signature requirement at the time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you choose to over-ride your signature option, please send a message to us to not to include this signature requirement. Please know that if you chose to over-ride the signature, you become fully responsible for the items.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Deliveries within the United States: We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail, Federal Express Ground and Express and UPS Ground and Express. All services have  different arrival times and all are given as choices within your payment process of the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

(outside of the United States): We pride ourselves in having a reputation with our international customers receiving their order lightning fast. In order to enjoy these benefits, we would like to kindly ask that you please provide a correct and accurate House Number and Street Address, City and Region along with your correct phone number and an e-mail address that you check regularly at the time of your order. Please be aware in the case of international shipments, that we are not responsible for any duty taxes. The receipt time of your order would depend on the country in which we are to deliver to and do cannot estimate when customs may or may not be involved in the exact time of receipt and may delay the arrival. Most USPS Express Mail services are received within Europe (if no customs or holiday or weather delays) within 4-7 business days. Most all other countries should expect their order within 4-15 business days (if no customs or holiday or weather delays which in this case if customs can exceed up to 20 days).

ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

When ordering from KeratinCure.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country (Spain and Turkey does not accept cosmetics to be sent to individuals). The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If the customer refuses to pay customs charges when ordering with UPS or FedEx, please be aware that the return charge to ship your unwanted order back plus the customs charge you refused to pay will be deducted from your order refund. In order for both you as our customer and us as a company to have a smooth pleasant transaction, we would strongly encourage informing yourself of your countries custom fees and regulations when receiving international packages.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please be aware that we will not ship ( with the exception of Beaute Lift-is shipped worldwide) to the following countries and prefer that customers kindly purchase and support your Keratin Cure products with your local distributors. Please contact us whether or not your country has a distributor before placing an order. You could save a lot of unnecessary costs! We cannot ship to Spain nor Turkey due to strict customs restrictions on receiving cosmetics from the US.

CARRIER INSURANCE AND DAMAGES

In case of carrier damages, Keratin Cure will diligently pursue a claim with the carrier on behalf of our customer/s as a courtesy. We do not guarantee a full nor a partial refund. Refund for damages will only depend on the carrier”s outcome of investigation and the amount customs invoice.

ORDER TRACKING

After your package has been prepared, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. You can view the status of your order by going to the shipping company’s web site and inputting your individual tracking number.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS

* Customers have the right to return the un-used/un-damaged product up to 14 days of the receiving date.
* All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.
* Returns without a “Return Authorization Number” will not be issued a refund/exchange.
* All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Opened or used products will not be refunded.
* Our Treatments are for professional use, any Used Hair Treatment Product Returns must be accompanied by before and after photos, a report of the incident and a unexpired and good standing Hair Professional License in order to receive compensation.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES, CUSTOMS ISSUES

Un-tampered product shipments that are returned due to international customs issues and or undeliverable addresses will be refunded for the sale of the products of the order only once the package has been received once again by Keratin Cure and not before. Customer may arrange to have the order re-shipped if they so wish and pay additional shipping fees at this time. If your country decides to refuse your order and destroy the contents because they will not ship it back, please be aware we cannot refund anything we do not have in our possession. Please, before you place your order call your local customs office and educate yourself about receiving cosmetics in your country!

ORDER PROCESSESING TIME

All shipments are prepared in the order that the purchases are placed on the website with a one day processing time. Orders received before 12PM EST weekdays are generally shipped on the same day or next day. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day with the exception of times of the seasons, severe weather conditions.
